Carvajal, 23, has been linked with Manchester United and Liverpool in recent months given Real's signing of Porto's Danilo, but the right-back has committed his long-term future to the club after penning a deal on Wednesday.
The extension will keep the defender at the Bernabeu for the next five seasons, and is a bonus for Los Blancos with the future of Sergio Ramos uncertain following links with a move to Old Trafford.

international Carvajal joined Real's youth system as a 10-year-old and
played for the club's B side Castilla between 2010 and 2012.After failing to make a single first-team appearance for Real, the defender was sold to Bayer Leverkusen for €5 million.
