TOP 50 GREATEST PLAYER IN NBA HISTORY

nbatop50Readers were not very kind to stars from back in the day. According to them, only three of the old-school players listed in the poll (Pete Maravich, Earl Monroe and Scottie Pippen) deserved to remain in the Top 50.

Also left out: Chris Paul. We guess his lack of team success was held against him (unlike with Maravich).

The 12 players that would disappear from the Top 50 list combine for 23 NBA titles (almost half of them courtesy of Sam Jones), two MVP awards and 84 All-Star berths.
