NBA Daily Wrap: Oladipo shines as Pacers take Orlando

Monday was a bumper night with 22 teams taking to the hardwood. Indiana Pacers Guard, Nigerian-American Victor Oladipo was once again impressive as he led his team to an on-the-road victory in Orlando.
Pacers take Orlando
The Indiana Pacers beat the Orlando Magic 105-97 on the back of Oladipo’s 29 points, nine rebounds, five assists and seven steals, Bojan Bogdanovic had 26 points and seven rebounds, and Thaddeus Young finished with 17 points and five rebounds.
Nikola Vucevic led Orlando with a 25-point, 13 rebound double-double, Algerian-French guard Evan Fournier had 16 points and four assists, and Aaron Gordon also finished with a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Nuggets strike Kings
The Denver Nuggets defeated the Sacramento Kings 114-98. Will Barton had 25 points, six rebounds and five assists, Gary Harris had 20 points, Jamal Murray had 18 and Nikola Jokic ended the game with a 16-point, 14-rebound double-double.
Sacramento were led by George Hill and Kosta Koufos who both had 16 points, Zach Randolph had 12 points and six rebounds, rookie De’ Aaron Fox had 12 points and five assists, and Bogdan Bogdanovic had 10 points.

Spurs ground Hawks
The San Antonio Spurs beat the Atlanta Hawks 96-85. LaMarcus Aldridge had a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double, Manu Ginobili had 16 points, Danny Green had 14 points and eight rebounds, while Kyle Anderson finished with a 13-point, 10-assist double-double.
John Collins led Atlanta with 21 points and nine rebounds, Taurean Prince had 18 points and eight rebounds, Gambian-German guard Dennis Schroder had 14 points and nine assists, and Dewayne Dedmon had 11 points and nine rebounds.
Wizards dazzle Bucks
The Washington Wizards defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 99-88 on Bradley Beal’s 23 points and five assists, Kelly Oubre Jr had 18 points and four rebounds, John Wall had 15 points and six assists, while Marcin Gortat ended the game with a 10-point, 15-rebound double-double.
Nigerian-Greek forward Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 23 points, eight rebounds and four assists, Khris Middleton had 15 points and six rebounds, Eric Bledsoe had 14 points and six steals, and John Henson ended the night with a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double.
The Rest
The Boston Celtics beat the Dallas Mavericks 110-102 on OT to keep their streak alive, a 27-point, 10-rebound double-double from rookie Ben Simmons saw the Philadelphia 76ers defeat the Utah Jazz 107-86, Kevin Love put up a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double in the Cleveland Cavaliers 116-88 victory over the Detroit Pistons, the New York Knicks beat the Los Angeles Clippers 107-85, the Charlotte Hornets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 118-102 on the back of Dwight Howard’s 25-point, 20-rebound double-double, a monster 36-point, 15-rebound double-double from Anthony Davis saw the New Orleans Pelicans defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder 114-107, and the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Memphis Grizzlies 100-92.
